Subdivision and Land Development Reviews / Construction Support

  • • Engineering review of subdivision and land development plans
  • • Attendance at meetings as directed by Council and/or Municipal Manager
  • • Engineering inspections for the construction of a subdivision or construction of any land development project within the municipality. Scope of inspections shall include, but not be limited to, earthwork, drainage, road improvements, curb, sidewalk work, erosion control, and compliance with approved plans.
  • • Administration of escrow agreements for subdivision and land development projects on behalf of the Municipality

Capital Improvement Project Support

  • • Preparation of professionally certified design plans for capital improvement projects on an as needed basis
  • • Park & recreational facility planning and design including trails and supporting grants
