As the Director of Land Surveying at Horizon Engineers, Mr. Wayman oversees the daily operations of the land survey department, bringing expertise in ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, multi-phased developer projects, and large residential subdivisions. In his role as Director of Land Surveying, Mr. Wayman manages the land survey department’s daily operations at Horizon Engineers.

In his first several months with Horizon, he has led numerous major projects, incorporating new technologies such as remote monitoring solutions and geospatial mapping into traditional surveys to enhance efficiency and value-added services for clients. His experience also includes a full range of construction stake-out services, ensuring accurate and reliable project execution.
