Additionally, Horizon Engineering coordinated the services of traffic engineers, wetlands consultants and soils scientists.
Land surveying services included: boundary, topographic & location survey, off-site water and sanitary sewer route survey, road cross-section survey, and location of delineated wetlands and soils infiltration testing. During construction Horizon Engineering performed additional survey for building and stormwater stakeout as well as full site as-built survey. Horizon Engineering also performed construction observation, review and approval of contractor payment requests, NPDES permit compliance inspections, and trouble-shooting and field issue resolution management.
